Return Policy

All unused, unopened with original packaging products may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivered date. Please email support@innerbloommarket.com to request a return. 

Shipping

We currently use UPS and Canada Post as our primary shipping provider. All orders over $99 CAD before taxes and fees, that are being shipped within Canada are eligible for free delivery. All orders under $99 CAD and not within Canada, will be prompted to pay for shipping to their desired delivery address.

All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days and shipping timelines vary depending on arrival location.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout. Rates are based on delivery destination and weight of package. Innerbloom Market may cancel the order if the address is deemed undeliverable from delivery service provider.
